A truly fantastic place to stay, so much so we keep coming back year after year. The hosts are brilliant, so friendly and a great sense of humour, breakfasts are second to none, really tasty and set you up for the day. You won't be disappointed with your visit here, one of the best places we've stayed in, An easy 5 stars.
Friendly hosts, spotlessly clean rooms, with wonderful view of the beach. Fridge in room was very useful and the breakfasts were delicious. Location was perfect for beach, harbour and Pavillion, we have stayed here before and will definitely return again. Would highly recommend.
After reading the reviews me and my husband decided to give here a try, wish I could rate higher the owners are great very friendly, they provided an amazing breakfast, we had a beautiful view, very clean, fridge in bedroom is a extra bonus, we will 100000% be back thank you for such a great stay.

Cant rate this place highly enough. Lovely warm welcome from Karen the landlady. We were shown to a lovely spacious double room which had a fantastic view of the sea which was just over 40 feet away. The guest house itself was very clean and smelt fresh and the breakfasts were superb. Definitely worth another visit!
One of the best holidays I've ever had. Excellent value for money, absolutely wonderful hosts,made us feel welcome straight away, nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast menu with lots of choices. Will definitely be back.highly recommend
Stayed here last weekend and highly recommend it. Excellent location, our room was spotless, plenty of tea/coffee etc, plenty of plug sockets, loved the USB connections on the bedside lamps. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had. Breakfast room was lovely, clean and overlooks the beach. Will definately be back. Hosts were fantastic.
Very well situated and lovely pubs close by to walk to. Luckily got a parking space right outside the door and could display courtesy parking from the hotel. (Otherwise paid parking just across the road.) Small room, but adequate. Breakfast good...forgot to ask for 2 eggs, as don't have carbs, but not a problem. Coffee served in caffetaire, but not filter coffee? Owner pleasant and friendly. Best choice for proximity.
